# Contact support

Send us a question or report a problem from inside the dashboard, and know what happens after you click send.

When something does not work or you are stuck, write to us from the dashboard. The form sends us the details we would otherwise have to ask you for, so you get a useful answer sooner.

## Open the form

1. Click the question mark at the top right of any screen.
2. Choose Contact support.

Open it from the screen the problem is on — the form notes which screen you came from. The request is also filed under the business you are working in, so if you run several, switch to the right one first (see [Several businesses](https://konvuno.com/help/more/businesses#switch)).

Owners and members can both send requests.

## Fill it in

The support form

- **Subject** — one line that sums up the problem, up to 150 characters.
- **What is this about?** — pick Widget, Knowledge & FAQ, Catalog, Billing or Other. With Other, a box appears where you name the topic in a few words.
- **Message** — what you expected, what happened instead, and where. At least 20 characters; the number under the box shows how much room is left.

Click Send request.

Tip

The form cannot take screenshots or files. Paste any error message word for word instead, and for a widget problem give the full address of the page where it happens. If a picture would help, say so — you can send it when you reply to our answer.

### What we see besides your message

Your business, plan and current screen are sent along. In full, that is: the business, its plan and subscription status, the screen you opened the form from, your dashboard language, your browser and your sign-in email address. You do not need to repeat any of it.

## After you send it

![The confirmation after sending](https://konvuno.com/help/shots/en/more/support-sent.webp)

The confirmation after sending

The form is replaced by a confirmation that names the email address our answer will go to — the one you sign in with. We'll reply to the email on your account. Most requests are answered within one business day.

- You also get a short email, "We received your support request", at the same address. It does not repeat your message; it is your record that the request arrived.
- Our answer comes by email. To add something, reply to either email.
- Send another opens an empty form; Back to work takes you back to the screen you came from.

## If sending fails

If the request cannot be sent, the form says so and shows our address, [support@konvuno.com](mailto:support@konvuno.com). Copy your message and email it to us instead — nothing is lost.

If you send several requests in a short time, the form asks you to wait a little before the next one. Add new details to the request you already sent by replying to our answer.

Note

Cannot sign in at all? Then the form is out of reach — email [support@konvuno.com](mailto:support@konvuno.com) from the address you sign in with. See also [The code does not arrive](https://konvuno.com/help/getting-started/sign-in#no-code).

How other businesses use it

- **A beauty salon** picks Billing and asks how to move to a bigger plan before a busy holiday season.
- **A software company** opens the form from the Widget screen, pastes the error from its browser console and names the page where the chat does not load.
- **A bookshop** picks Other, types "invoices" as the topic, and asks for its company details to appear on the invoice.
