# Export the Overview to a spreadsheet

Download the Overview's numbers and daily figures as a CSV file, and open it correctly in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.

The Export button at the top right of the Overview screen downloads what you are looking at as a CSV file — handy for a monthly report, or for keeping figures longer than Konvuno keeps conversations.

The period switch and the Export button

## Download the file

1. Pick the period you want with 7d, 30d or 90d.
2. Click Export.
3. Your browser saves a file named `overview-` followed by today's date, such as `overview-2026-09-23.csv`.

The button only appears once your business has live numbers — a business still on its setup steps has nothing to export yet.

## What is in the file

The file has two blocks, separated by an empty row.

**The five numbers**, exactly as the tiles show them, one per row:

| Metric | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Unique visitors | — |
| Valid conversations | 88 |
| Answered rate | 60% |
| … | … |

**One row per day** of the period:

| Date | Conversations | Leads |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 2026-09-22 | 5 | 1 |
| 2026-09-23 | 7 | 1 |

The column names are in your dashboard language. Dates are written year-month-day, so they sort correctly in any spreadsheet.

The file does **not** include the comparison badges, the funnel, answer quality or the two top lists. For those, take a screenshot of the screen.

Tip

Looking for something else? The Leads screen exports your leads, and Data & retention under Settings exports everything your business has in Konvuno — see [Export your data](https://konvuno.com/help/settings/data#export).

## Open it in a spreadsheet

- **Google Sheets:** **File → Import → Upload**, choose the file, and keep "Detect automatically".
- **Numbers (Mac):** double-click the file.
- **Excel:** open a blank workbook, go to **Data → From Text/CSV**, choose the file, set **File origin** to **UTF-8** and **Delimiter** to **Comma**, then click **Load**.

Heads up

Double-clicking the file in Excel can put everything into a single column — it depends on your computer's regional settings. The **Data → From Text/CSV** route above always works.

How other businesses use it

- **A physiotherapy practice** exports 30d on the first of every month and pastes the daily rows into its yearly report.
- **A digital agency** sends each client the exported numbers with its monthly invoice.
- **A B2B software company** adds the Leads captured figure to its sales dashboard every week.
