# The daily chart and the top lists

Read the conversations-and-leads chart, and find the questions your assistant cannot answer yet.

The chart in the middle of the Overview screen shows how busy your assistant was day by day. The list at the bottom turns the numbers into work: what to teach the assistant next.

## The daily chart

Conversations and leads per day, with one day's numbers on hover

The chart draws two lines for the [period you picked](https://konvuno.com/help/overview#period):

- **Conversations** — every conversation that started that day, greetings and suspicious ones included, your own tests left out. It is the same count as the first step of the [funnel](https://konvuno.com/help/overview/funnel-and-quality#funnel), spread over the days.
- **Leads** — contact forms visitors sent that day.

Point at the chart to see a day's exact numbers. With the keyboard, click the chart and use the left and right arrow keys.

A day on the chart runs from midnight to midnight in your business's time zone — the **Timezone** in [the business profile](https://konvuno.com/help/settings/business-profile#contact-details). Without one, it is UTC (the time in London in winter), so an evening conversation in New York can appear on the next day.

Tip

Look for patterns rather than single days. A regular Monday peak tells you when to check the inbox; a sudden drop after a website change can mean the widget went missing from some pages — see [The widget does not show on my website](https://konvuno.com/help/widget/troubleshooting).

## Questions without an FAQ

The questions without an FAQ, next to the product list that stays empty for now

**Questions without an FAQ** lists up to six questions visitors asked most often in the period that **no FAQ, catalog item or hand-off covered**. The number on the right is how many times each one was asked.

Good to know:

- Questions are grouped by their exact wording. "Do you deliver?" and "Do you do delivery?" are two separate lines.
- The same visitor asking the same thing again within a day is counted once.
- A question the assistant answered from your business description alone still appears here — that is why the list is called "without an FAQ" rather than "unanswered". An FAQ makes the answer precise and consistent.
- Off-topic questions the assistant declined, suspicious conversations and your own tests are left out.

Click Knowledge at the top of the card to go to Knowledge and [add the missing answers](https://konvuno.com/help/knowledge/missing-answers#add-faq).

Tip

Work through this list once a week, from the top. One new FAQ per line is usually enough — and it often answers several of the wordings at once.

## Most-clicked products

**Most-clicked products** is meant to list the products and services whose cards visitors click in the chat. It stays empty at the moment and says "Product clicks are not measured while visitor analytics is off." — to protect your visitors' privacy, Konvuno does not record card clicks.

How other businesses use it

- **A pharmacy** finds "Do you have parking?" at the top of the unanswered list and adds a one-line FAQ.
- **A wedding venue** sees conversations peak on Sunday evenings and answers its leads first thing on Monday.
- **A garden centre** watches the chart climb every spring and adds its summer opening hours before the rush.
- **A home appliance shop** reads the unanswered list after every new product launch and adds an FAQ for each question about the new model.
