### Is there a free trial?

There's no free trial or free tier. Instead, you can create an account with no card, build your entire assistant, import your content, and watch it answer in the live preview — all free. You only start paying when you subscribe to publish it on your live website.

### How do you count a conversation?

A conversation only counts when the assistant gives a meaningful, business-related answer — one that used your knowledge or catalog, or captured a lead or handoff. Greetings, small talk, “I'm not sure” replies, and blocked traffic never count. Every billed conversation has a recorded trigger you can audit.

### What stops a bad actor from running up my bill?

Rate limits, domain restrictions, and abuse detection filter suspicious and automated traffic before it ever reaches the AI — and it's excluded from your allowance. There are no overages to buy: if you reach your plan limit, the assistant pauses until your next billing cycle instead of charging you more, and internal spend ceilings keep costs capped on our side.

### Will it make up prices or stock?

No. Prices, availability, and links come from your structured catalog and are queried deterministically. The assistant can summarize and explain results, but it can't invent operational facts. When it doesn't have something, it says so.

### Do I need a developer to install it?

Add the embed code from Widget → Install to your website once. You need access to edit the website’s code, or help from whoever manages it. Add your domain in Konvuno and use the installation check. After that, publish appearance and behavior changes from your dashboard without replacing the embed.

### What languages does it support?

The website is available in English, Serbian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Croatian. Assistant answers are generated per visitor, so it can reply in the visitor's language independent of the interface setting.
