A conversation only counts once the assistant sends a meaningful, business-related answer — one that used your knowledge or catalog, or captured a lead or requested a handoff. Greetings, small talk, “I'm not sure” fallbacks, and blocked traffic never count. Every billed conversation records an auditable trigger, so usage is never a mystery.

Is there a free trial or free tier?
You can create an account with no card, configure the assistant, import content, and use the authenticated preview for free. When you're ready to go live, you subscribe self-service from the dashboard. Publishing is owner-controlled, and an organization without an active subscription has no live conversation allowance, so the assistant pauses instead of generating live answers.
What do the plans cost?
Starter is €29/mo, Growth is €79/mo, and Business is €199/mo, with the allowances shown on the pricing cards. You subscribe self-service from the dashboard through Stripe checkout; billing is monthly — annual billing is not offered yet. Checkout always states the exact price and terms before you pay.

What happens when I hit my allowance?
When your plan's monthly conversations are used up, the assistant pauses until the next billing cycle; there are no overage charges. Upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, self-service from the dashboard: the billing page opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Upgrades are prorated and apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for. Your data is retained either way.
