Is there a free trial or free tier?
You can create an account with no card, configure the assistant, import content, and use the authenticated preview for free. The current dashboard does not yet provide self-service checkout. Publishing is owner-controlled, but an organization without a paid entitlement has no live conversation allowance, so the assistant pauses instead of generating live answers.
What do the plans cost?
The site currently displays target prices of €29/mo for Starter, €79/mo for Growth, and €199/mo for Business, with the allowances shown on the pricing cards. Self-service purchase and annual billing are not yet implemented; an actual order or checkout will state the price and terms that apply.
How is a “conversation” counted?
A conversation only counts once the assistant sends a meaningful, business-related answer — one that used your knowledge or catalog, or captured a lead or requested a handoff. Greetings, small talk, “I'm not sure” fallbacks, and blocked traffic never count. Every billed conversation records an auditable trigger, so usage is never a mystery.
What happens when I hit my allowance?
Live AI responses pause when the implemented allowance check says no conversations remain. The database has fields for manual and automatic top-ups, but the current dashboard does not provide controls to buy or enable them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Not in the current dashboard. Stripe subscription records and webhooks are implemented, but there is no self-service customer portal for upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling yet. Any paid order must state how plan changes and cancellation work.
Answers & catalog
Will it make up prices, stock, or facts?
Konvuno retrieves approved FAQs and structured catalog results and instructs the AI to stay within that material, but AI output can still be wrong or invent details. Review your content and configuration, and do not use the assistant as a guaranteed source of truth.
How does the conversational catalog work?
Visitors can ask about catalog items and the assistant can call structured backend search by query, category, availability, and price. The current widget returns catalog information and text links; rich product cards and an always-visible last-sync indicator are not implemented yet.
How do I get my products in?
Import a CSV. Map your columns once (with previews and validation), and re-import to update — items matched on SKU or external ID upsert instead of duplicating. Rejected rows come back with clear error reasons. Files up to 20 MB and 50,000 rows are supported.
What if the assistant can't help?
It is instructed to say when it cannot help, then offer direct contact details or request a human handoff. A handoff email contains the reason and links the business to the dashboard; it does not contain the full transcript. Lead notification emails contain the submitted lead details and message. Unanswered questions are logged for review.
Protection & privacy
What stops someone running up my bill?
Allowed-domain checks and rate limits can block requests before the AI runs. Deterministic risk scoring can flag a conversation as suspicious; flagged traffic may still receive an answer but is excluded from valid conversation counts. Internal spend ceilings can pause responses. Automatic overage purchasing is not available in the current dashboard.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Organization database access is isolated with Supabase Row Level Security. Conversation rows and messages are deleted after 12 months; they are not anonymized. Leads and several event, usage, and security records can remain longer. Organization deletion currently does not remove uploaded branding files or catalog CSVs from storage. Does the widget track my visitors across sites?
The loader stores a random konvuno.visitor identifier in the host website's first-party local storage. It is scoped to that website origin—not to an individual widget—so multiple Konvuno widgets on the same origin can receive the same identifier. The loader does not share it across unrelated origins. The iframe also keeps a tab-session chat cache with a 30-minute inactivity expiry. There is no session replay.
Install & languages
Do I need a developer to install it?
One script tag, once. We include instructions for plain HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Nuxt, and tag managers, plus a verification check. After installing you never edit your website again — every change you publish is picked up on the next page load.
What languages are supported?
The website is available in English, Serbian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Croatian. Assistant answers are generated per visitor, so it can reply in the visitor's language independent of the interface setting.
Can more than one person manage the account?
Yes. Invite teammates by email — they sign in with a one-time passcode. Owners manage billing, members, and publishing; members handle everything else: configuration, FAQs, catalog, conversations, leads, and analytics.
